Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Refund Conditions

Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photos and details of the issue. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
