Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Customized and bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer during the order process.

Delivery Methods and Timeframes

We offer both standard and express delivery options:

• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days for most locations within Vietnam.
• Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery within Ho Chi Minh City and expedited service for other locations.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on the destination, order size, and type of shipping selected. Detailed delivery charges will be provided at the time of order placement.

Delivery Confirmation

For deliveries within Ho Chi Minh City, an email notification will be sent once the gift has been delivered. For other locations, a tracking number will be provided via email to monitor the status of the shipment.

International Delivery

At present, we primarily deliver within Vietnam. International shipping may be available for large corporate orders upon request.
